MORIM CompassMORIM Compass

Anti-money laundering and payment security

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Our commitment

MORIM LTD is committed to ensuring that MORIM Compass is never used for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or sanctions evasion. We follow an internal Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT) policy, reviewed at least once a year.

How we protect payments

• All payments go through approved, regulated payment providers (mobile money and card). • We do not accept cash or cryptoassets. • Every payment is linked to an identifiable account, training, subscription or agreement. • Refunds are made only to the original payment method.

Payments by someone else

• A parent, guardian or family member may pay for a student's subscription. • Partners (universities, companies, donors) may fund places through sponsor codes. These codes are personal: they cannot be resold or exchanged for money.

Checks

We may ask for additional information, particularly from partner organisations or for unusual payments. We may pause or decline a transaction, or end a relationship, if we cannot confirm that it is legitimate.

Protecting your data

Information collected for these checks is handled confidentially and securely, in line with applicable data protection law, including the UK GDPR and Ivorian legislation.

Report a concern
