These Terms of Service govern your use of MORIM Compass, operated by MORIM LTD (company number 16885847, registered in England and Wales). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of these terms
By registering for or using MORIM Compass, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
MORIM Compass is a career-development tool. It helps you assess your competencies, explore development pathways and challenges, and track your own progress. MORIM Compass is currently in an early, Phase 1 pilot stage - some features described elsewhere in the product (such as notifications or file uploads) are intentionally not yet built, and we won't claim functionality that doesn't exist.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please use a genuine email address and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Use MORIM Compass honestly and for its intended purpose: your own career development. Don't attempt to access other users' accounts or data, interfere with the service, or submit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content.
Your content
You own the responses, reflections, and portfolio notes you submit. You're responsible for making sure what you submit is accurate and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We only use your content to provide the service back to you - see our Privacy Policy for details.
Not professional advice
MORIM Compass provides self-assessment and development guidance for informational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional careers advice, educational guidance, or any regulated advisory service.
Availability
We aim to keep MORIM Compass available, but as an early-stage pilot the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, and features may change as the product develops.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MORIM LTD is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use of MORIM Compass after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
